Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.
Email Communications: We often receive a confirmation when you open email from us, particularly if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, you can easily adjust your subscription settings or unsubscribe completely.

Information You Give Us
You provide most such information when you search, buy, post, participate in a contest or questionnaire, or communicate with customer service. For example, you provide information when you search for a product; place an order through Xplore or one of our third-party sellers; provide information in your account (you may have more than one if you have used more than one email address when shopping with us); communicate with us by phone, email, or by other means; complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form; use our services; participate in discussion boards or other community features; or provide and rate review. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit card information; people to whom purchases have been shipped, including addresses and phone number; people (with addresses and phone numbers) listed; email addresses of your friends and other people; content of reviews and emails to us; personal description and photograph; and financial information, including Social Security and driver's license numbers.

Co-branded and Joint Offerings

Examples of information you can access easily at Xplore include up-to-date information regarding recent orders; personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications and personalized advertising preferences); payment settings (including credit card information); email notification settings; recommendations; shopping lists; seller accounts; and your profile.
Some web browsers have settings that enable you to request that our website does not track your movement within our website. Our website does not obey such settings when transmitted to and detected by our website.
Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features offered on our website, personalized advertisements on other websites, storage of items in your shopping cart between visits, and/or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes, including online behavioral advertising purposes.

Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, such as marketplace sellers, value-added resellers, distributors and OEM partners, these businesses operate stores or sell Xplore products. Some of our partners may also offer co-branded and/or joint offerings. If a third party is involved in your transactions, we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party.
Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These third party providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but they may not use it for other purposes.
Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Xplore customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Xplore gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with Xplore including purchasing, support and communication subscription information, for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information
As discussed above, you can decide not to provide information, although it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of some features of the Xplore website.
You can add or update certain information on pages referenced in the section above. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

Xplore does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Xplore only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Any person who provides his or her information to Xplore through the account login page for new customers or any other part of the website represents to Xplore that they are 13 years of age or older.
