Mark Holleran

Chief Executive Officer and President

Mark Holleran serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Xplore. Since 2006, Holleran has managed the day-to-day operations of Xplore, including marketing, operations, engineering, and finance. Prior to being appointed CEO, Holleran served as Xplore’s COO and President from March 2006 to March 2017, and vice president of sales from April 2003 to February 2006.

Holleran brings more than 30 years of leadership and computing experience to Xplore. Prior to joining Xplore, he served as CEO of WaveSat Wireless and was the country manager for Cabletron Systems, a former manufacturer of networking computer equipment.

Holleran studied at the University of Toronto’s Executive Business Program and holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree.

​Tom Wilkinson

Chief Financial Officer

Tom Wilkinson is the chief financial officer (CFO) at Xplore. Wilkinson is responsible for the financial management and reporting for the company, as well as information technology infrastructure and other administration functions.

A seasoned financial executive, Wilkinson has served in various roles in his more than 20 year career, including CFO roles at two other companies and a senior financial role at Dell. Wilkinson was also a founding partner and former managing partner of a regional public accounting firm that grew to be one of the 150 largest firms in the United States. He also gained experience in working for two of the Big-4 accounting firms.

Wilkinson’s public accounting clients included SEC registrants in the software and technology industries, like Xplore. Wilkinson has extensive SEC and international business experience, as well as mergers and acquisition experience.

Wilkinson holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant in Texas and Colorado.

Michael Zimmerman

Vice President, Global Operations

Michael Zimmerman serves as vice president of Global Operations at Xplore. Zimmerman’s focus is on optimizing business operations for Xplore to meet customer and employee requirements and streamline Xplore’s tablet production to deliver the most advanced and rugged tablets in the industry.

Zimmerman previously provided strategic direction and spearheaded operational efficiency initiatives for major technology companies including Getac, Gateway, Inc., Compaq Computers, Best Buy, and Motorola.

Randy Denny

Vice President, Sales USA

Randy Denny is vice president of Sales in North America. Denny leads Xplore’s North American sales team and is responsible for expanding its business into new markets and oversee ongoing opportunities.

Denny brings more than 25 years of experience in the computing industry to Xplore, as well as a wealth of rugged industry experience from his work with Getac and General Dynamics Itronix, where he spent 12 years building and leading a world-class sales organization. While with Itronix, Randy consistently exceeded growth objectives in his markets, helping to position the company for a 2005 acquisition by General Dynamics.

David Dunkak

Vice President, USA Commercial Sales

David Dunkak is vice president of US Commercial Sales and is responsible for managing regional territories and channels, driving all commercial sales activities in the United States. Dunkak joins Xplore from Getac, where he spent six years and was most recently senior director of North American commercial sales.

Prior to Getac, Dunkak spent 15 years at Panasonic, where he was responsible for the professional services organization and implementing and launching new value-added services for ToughBook clients and developing sales strategy and key selling points for PCSC sales force. He started his career in sales at MicroAge Computer Stores, and also held positions at Brother International Corporation and Toshiba America Information Systems, where he recruited and developed new resellers to promote portable computers.

Dunkak holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance and a minor in Economics from Emporia State University.

Steve Priestley

Vice President, International Sales

Steve Priestley serves as vice president of sales for our International business which includes EMEA and APAC and is responsible for building and driving Xplore’s sales and service organizations in the region. He is equally focused on the execution of Xplore’s business goals and the achievement of long-term customer satisfaction through the design and delivery of quality customer focused rugged solutions.

Priestley boasts a strong background in the wireless, IT and M2M/IOT hardware and services markets and an impressive 20-year sales leadership track record with technology leaders such as Cisco, Enfora (now part of Novatel), Wyeless and – most recently – Westbase. He has also served as the head of Symbol Technologies in EMEA, during which time he led the restructuring of the regional EMEA team to drive profitability and revenue growth while developing a more comprehensive, channel-centric go-to market model and service capability.

Priestley received an Honors Degree in electronic and electrical engineering from Coventry.

John Graff

Vice President, Marketing

John Graff serves as the vice president of marketing at Xplore. He’s responsible for the ideation and oversight of strategic, integrated communications and product marketing initiatives that drive increased brand awareness and widespread adoption of Xplore rugged tablets across the company’s addressable markets.

Graff brings to Xplore more than 25 years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience and a strong track record of innovation, change and evolution within the technology industry. During his career at National Instruments, Graff was recognized for his ability to effectively capitalize on new trends and technologies in marketing to drive measurable revenue growth and profitability for the company. At NI, he developed and led highly-engaged sales, marketing, customer operations, and product marketing teams as vice president of marketing, vice president of Americas sales and marketing, and most recently, vice president of corporate marketing.

Graff is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Marketing and Business. He’s also a science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) evangelist and serves on the Past Presidents’ Council of the Thinkery.

Bryan J. Bell

Vice President, Engineering

Bryan Bell serves as vice president of Engineering for Xplore. In this role, he leads the roadmap strategy and product development for the company—marrying business objectives to product development—while keeping Xplore’s tablets cost-effective. Bell also closely manages supplier relationships to provide customers with the most advanced systems available and keeps Xplore products as the leading rugged devices for all industries. Bell has served as vice president of engineering since 2008.

Prior to joining Xplore, Bell served as vice president of operations at Sirific Wireless, a developer of 3.5G multi-mode, multi-band mobile cellular, and broadband data products, and as vice president and general manager at Acer Advanced Labs, Acer Inc. Bell also previously held the position of notebook product line manager, as well as other leadership positions during a 16-year career at Texas Instruments.

Bell graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science in engineering management, and also holds a master’s in business from Amberton University.
